- Eat organic – Dirty Dozen Foods
- Avoid Sugar
- Decrease calories – intermittent fasting
- Water intake – 1/2 your body weight in
- Get adjusted 1x/week
- Exercise 20 minutes daily
- Stretch, strengthen, and build balance
- Stand up at work 1/2 the day
- Sleep 6-8 hours every night
- Take 1 day/week free of any work
- Spend time every day in nature
- Dig in the dirt, raise animals
- Get 30 minutes of sun exposure daily
- Ditch synthetic chemicals
- Positive Mental Attitude – both towards yourself and towards others
- Do something good for someone else
- Daily Biblical devotional/meditation
- Laugh freely and often
