  1. As of 2019, the average adult sees 4,000-10,000 ads per day.
  2. Sleep (National Sleep Foundation)
    1. Newborns – 0-3 months
      1. Ideal – 14 to 17 hours
      2. Bad – Less than 11 hours or More than 19 hours
    2. Infants – 4-11 months
      1. Ideal – 12 to 15 hours
      2. Bad – Less than 10 hours or More than 18 hours
    3. Toddlers – 1-2 years
      1. Ideal – 11 to 14 hours
      2. Bad – Less than 9 hours or More than 16 hours
    4. Preschoolers – 3-5 years
      1. Ideal – 10 to 13 hours
