This is week 1 in our series on STRESS RELIEF. It’s coming up on a presidential election and the holidays. Just saying those 2 things probably caused a rise in your blood pressure. In this series, I will go over how to stop living like a caveman (woman) and start enjoying the togetherness of family. Spending time with your family is supposed to be enjoyable and in this series, I’ll help you learn how to enjoy (or at least tolerate) your family.

What we’re doing to keep you safe during COVID-19:
-We are cleaning all surfaces between each patient
-We are wearing masks when we are within 6 feet of you
-We are taking everyone’s temperature to make sure you’re below 100° F
