In today’s video I’m going to share three really simple, basic yoga stretches that are fantastic at reducing tension in the neck, the shoulders and the upper part of the back. Now, these stretches in particular can be fabulous for people who suffer from tension type headaches, the type of headaches, where there’s an increase in muscle tension in the back of the neck. And even up into the back of the scalp. Now, before you get worried that you’re going to have to be some kind of yoga expert to do these, don’t. These exercises are not only really, really effective, but they’re super simple as well. You don’t have to go and get your fancy Lulu lemon yoga gear on. In fact, you’ll be able to do all of these sitting at a desk chair as well.
